In order to facilitate easy redemption of your Groupon, please review the information
below.
1. Please call us to schedule an appointment to redeem your Groupon. While we can
occasionally accommodate walk-in appointments, it's best if you call us and make a
reservation so that we can ensure that we have a spot for you. Weekends have been
filling up fast - we are currently booking over 1 month out, so if you want a
weekend, please be flexible and be sure to book early!
2. Please be sure to mention that you have a Groupon when scheduling your
appointments. This will help us ensure that we book the proper services that you paid for.
3. Please bring your Groupon with you at the time of service. If you do not have your
Groupon with you, or your Groupon is not valid, you will be responsible for the full amount
of the services you received. We will not reimburse you later after you find your Groupon.
4. This Groupon offering is for NEW CLIENTS only. A new client is a client who has
never been to our spa before. Unfortunately, we will not be able to redeem a Groupon for
any existing clients.
